At her cabinet meeting, president Park Geun Hye mentioned that anyone caught committing 'excessive exposure' will be fined about $50 USD.

Hyori and other celebrities took to their Twitters to say they're screwed or whatever without realizing that the law had already been in place for several years now and Park Geun Hye is actually relaxing the conditions. Before, you had to go to court and go under trial but now all you have to do is pay a fine and go about your way. The president also eased the standards so that the only people that can be fined are those that are naked in public or exposing their private areas in public places.

This law has been in place for a long time now and all Park Geun Hye did is set a universal fine amount because before, people could be fined whatever the hell the police pleased.
