Stardom has filed a lawsuit against former CEO 'Kim' (TN: I'm assuming Rhymer) and manager 'Lee', as well as the Block B members as witnesses. Stardom claims that Kim and the other staff members tricked the company and the Block B members while they were still under the company by embezzling money made from events and purposely leaving out income receipts/records.

Stardom also claims that Kim and three others have been talking to broadcast companies and related associates that they have a plan underway to "take Block B out of the company". They claim that they used the members' young ages/naivety to trick them and cause discord within the company.

Additionally, Stardom claimed, "We have met with some of Block B's parents but they themselves do not know who is paying for the lawsuit fees or who is the principal agent of the lawsuit. Some do not even know where the members are right now, thus leading to many of our suspicions on this case."
