Block B: There are 20 payments the members are currently waiting on with the amount estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands. The agency also changed the dates they were promised to be paid on without the members' consent. It wasn't until leader Zico sent them a certification of contents that they paid partially paid the members what they were owed.

The agency also made the members' parents pay for their expenses, including transportation, outfit costs, food, lessons, and styling. They then started taking other expenses out of their pay owed. The members also had to pay for their own flight tickets.

The members had attempted to find and meet with director Cho PD but he refused to meet them, causing the members to take action.

Stardom: Block B is lying to the point of defamation. The agency has trained Block B from 2009 to 2011 so it's wrong of them to ask to be terminated from their contracts instead of rectifying it. The members are also claiming that the agency took expenses out of their pay but this cannot be true as there aren't any deposit/credit history receipts to begin with.

Also, there have been a select few employees who quit before this lawsuit. The agency believes that the employees conspired with the members for this lawsuit. "We have evidence. They may seem like they have a case in the law but it is just a conspiracy."

Court: Submit more evidence.

1. [+482, -62] Dang, it is a bit harsh that they weren't paid for nearly a year;;

2. [+403, -83] Block B, win your lawsuit!

3. [+402, -95] To all the people who are saying Block B put the company in the reds with their Thailand controversy... Block B was never paid even before that controversy happened. They had to pay for their food and outfits out of their own pockets, as well as the down payment for their dorm. Stardom never did what was required of them as a company. Block B really amazes me with how far they've come despite being under such a company.

4. [+61, -10] Block B's not a group I like... but I think it's so wrong that people are taking the misfortunes of others and using it as ammo to hate on them. It's an upsetting situation... People should realize that just as our stars are precious to us, Block B is precious to their fans as well.. tsk tsk

5. [+60, -11] What has Cho PD been doing all along? Isn't he the one that debuted them? Is he fu*king them over?

6. [+56, -3] Block B is asking for $0 from the company. They just want their contracts terminated. I hope they win the lawsuit and find another great place to pursue music in.

7. [+51, -8] Where'd all the money from their new album, world camp, fan signings, cable and music shows, Block B calendars... etc etc go in? And they had the money to build a new company building and debut EvoL? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ What an absolute joke ㅋㅋㅋ And in the midst of this all, Stardom is still releasing DVD of the world camp ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

8. [+49, -19] Cho PD's a ba$tard... He's always hating on the rich in his lyrics, what a hypocrite

9. [+43, -10] I hope Block B wins and comes out on a lot of music shows to piss off their company

10. [+42, -16] Stardumb ba$tards ㅋㅋㅋ Find strength, Block B
