There are zero NEWS articles about him ever serving time in jail or being a mobster. The only true match I got was from a truetvxq site which is so anti anything JYJ that I can't take them seriously at all. And the other was an Allkpop forum under celebrity gossip. Considering Allkpop is notorious for writing pretty much anything they want without facts or evidence as long as it doesn't go against the big 3, I find it very odd that they have never done an article concerning this juicy bit of 'news'. Funny how everyone here jumps all over neitzen's comments for being deluded or too harsh but this just gets the head nod.

Yea I did look in English, cause there is absolutely no shortage of translated articles about JYJ and TVXQ, any good article and any bad article can be found due to the number of fans and anti fans on both sides. And no, I'm not a new JYJ fan, nor am I new to this site, I just rarely comment to avoid the silly fights that go on here. I may be a fan of nietzenbuzz, but I have no love for the childish name calling and tit for tat verbal spats that go on here. And since my Korean is rusty at best, searching Korean language sites would be an exercise in futility.

I'm not sure if Korean media ever covered it (since it took place in another country) but his explanation was given in the court of law in Japan. He also demanded an apology from Avex because of the slanderous and libel comments that were released.

He himself suggested the company to JYJ when they were in Japan during the beginnings of the injunction against their contract in SME and now he conveniently uses Baek's past to prolong JYJ's ban in Japan.

I don't know where you are getting this idea that JYJ are victims. They signed a contract which made profit distribution difficult even when they had become a successful group. They filed an injunction so SME could rewrite their contract but SME found it easier to start a smear campaign instead. They unfortunately couldn't leave with Yunho and Changmin and they expressed that regret but not once did they play the pity card. ReplyDeleteJust an FYI... the contract with Prain ended and was not renewed so they no longer handle the PR for JYJ, however Monica, the person who currently handles PR for C-JeS is a former employee of Prain and left that job to continue working with them.
