Rain writes a book report
Rain wrote a book report as a part of his reflection/probation period. Although the full translation isn't up yet (I'd wait for allkpop), the only part relevant to understanding the comments is when he says, "I feel like I should just transfer to the frontlines and get it over with."
The gist of it is that he feels like people aren't giving him credit for the times he actually did fulfill his service and that they're chalking it up as if all he did in the army was sit around going on dates.

1. [+1,070, -288] I really wasn't going to login for this but I just had to. I served in the same line as Rain. Our unit has the first privilege of recruitment from the line and so I was there when our unit went to recruit Rain but Rain refused and was adamant that he not serve with us. Our unit was the frontline troops so Rain is running a big fat lie right now.
