That's ridiculous. YG artists are those who react to just their own artists' performances. Tablo danced to Gangnam Style while Suju was performing.
ReplyDeleteBefore anyone attacks me, I'm not an SM stan. I don't care about half of the groups there, and I can't stand Suju. But to say they only cheer for their labelmates is silly. Suju was super hyper last Mama. Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Seohyun danced like crazy last Gayo Daejun at Hands Up. There are many other examples.

Because i do know that korean people are the most working people (in labor hours)

Hmm, I actually think Chansung is the worst. Minho can kinda rap and sometime he's even a bit convincing. But Chansung is just....well there's not much hope for that guy when it comes to rapping.

I mean interesting in the sense that when they are on variety show's with other idols, they are a lot more reserved and end up being just attractive vases - that's why they get cut and don't have as much airtime sometimes and the camera occasionally pans only to them when they give a good reaction.
ReplyDeleteNow, when their the main or only guests on a show SHINee really loosens up and show their true personalities - really playful, sweet and adorable characters - that's when their interesting.
One of the reason's I love watching their fancams so much is I get to see more their personalities because their relaxed and it's just them and the fans. That's great for me as a fan and I love them for it but for the general public who watch more of the variety shows with more guests, they come of as uninteresting, this brings me back to my 1st point.
They've definitely improved this year and made a lot more effort to share more of themselves but I sometimes wonder if it's to late (I'm rambling, I'll stop now :)
changmin is cute in the pic for a change. for me his looks r more movie star rather than an idol. he is too good looking for it and sm. so hopefully in the near future he can turn to something long term like movies and become huge hit

SM artists do cheer for those outside their company. EXO stood and bowed to B.A.P when they won the award. They also sung along to GD's Crayon. SuJu and pretty much everyone in the seating were dancing to Epik High. Like, everyone was cheering for Big Bang and PSY. /shrugs/

IMO they were probably putting last minute things together during the show still. plus, there are many footage of Yunho cheering and clapping to BigBang at the MAMA awards back in 2008 and standing up for Hyori during her performance.
those are all few examples of when SM singers had supported other idols.
however i have yet to actually see BigBang or 2NE1 cheering on any singer from SM during their performances..
so when YG singers are being unenthusiastic, they are just being real, but when SM singers do it, they are being rude....wow double standards much?!

What difference does it make as a whole? He went from barely being able to rap to not rapping at all (wise choice); and he's gone from barely being able to sing to being able to sing a bit better. Sure, him making personal progress is very good but he's still miles behind others.

Wow I am sick of people calling Minho 'useless'. Do you even check if he could sing? Minho's a better singer than he is a rapper and people call him useless because they just go along with what everyone else says. Minho's voice is deep so he works as the base of SHINee's songs. & you wouldn't be able to tell until you see the rest of SHINee tired out. Which has happened before. Minho literally carried the whole group with his singing & it made their performance better than it would have turned out.
