ReplyDeletehow come reality is different in korea....have you attended any of his fanmeetings in asia to see how poular he is internationally....on acting plz watch the king 2 heart if you doubts his acting or read the comments on tk2h recap on dramabeans which recorded highest comments in history and great positive reviews both domestically and internationally.....ortherwise check on drama ratings of his all drama if you view that as a yardstick.......plz make comments that are sensible...on singing do you read aticles or know anything of kpop,pz download some songs ,his recent ablum tops every chart instiz.,kpop billiboard and all other charts for three consecutive weeks and still is no.1 on fourth week as well.....plz don't make comments for the sake of it..plz be reasonable and apply your mind well.......

ReplyDeleteTbh, I think the only reason Lee Seunggi's song is doing so well is because he's the one singing it. I like some of his older songs (especially his song "because you're my woman" so nice) but this song. is really not doing it for me. Could probably make the same case for a lot of other people though so I'm definitely not hating... just saying.
But how would you know how (korean people) feel you aren't in korea. There's a big difference in fangirls supporting everything getting good ratings and sale and people actually bowing down to them and respecting them. Ex: g dragon. lol

ReplyDeleteWell because they are old and (the material they have been releasing as of late is not that good.) Keep this in mind also tvxq didn't gain that giant fanbase with (two) members. They gained it with (ALL FIVE MEMBERS) and they are (NOT) five anymore.

DeleteThe media loves to call him the Emperor, and Seung Gi has said in many occasions that this title makes him uncomfortable & is too high for him, but he takes it with mature attitude and always strives to do his best to meet with the netizens' expectations. That's the reason many people love him.
ReplyDeleteI agree that his acting in Gumiho was not that good, he overacted in many scenes, even he admitted that and said that he wanted to repeat filming some scenes, especially the last scene which was done in a hurry on the day the episode was aired. His acting has grown in the King 2hearts and he was practically spotted on playing as Lee Jae Ha. Of course he's not one of the best, he still has a lot of room of improvement.
People have different opinions, that's cool. And some people think he's special, some people don't. So that's cool too. But the fact that his song is still ranked first at many music chart is a huge achievement & accomplishment, especially because this album is the first album that he co-produced and all the songs are the songs that he wanted to sing. My friend was in Korea this month and she said so many shops played Seung Gi's songs, not only the title song, but also the other songs from this album, and many of them said that the songs are the perfect healing songs. So glad that this album is doing well because his singing career always took a back-seat and many people didn't even know that he's a singer until he released this album.
Yay I like Jae's vocals in a rock element.

Seunggi is like what IU was for Korea. So, I hope he doesn't have a scandal cause it could possibly ruin his career.
I don't think he is the best at anything.....but the good thing about him is that he is not horrible or bad at anything either.
