Same Old: G-Dragon

Article: G-Dragon's parents' pension, 19 and under aren't allowed in... why?

Source:
E-News via Nate

1. [+785, -57] I think putting an age restriction was a good idea~

2. [+414, -126] Fangirls, stop with the shields already, it's only making people hate him more... It's definite that a ba$tard that hasn't reflected gets hated on...

3. [+352, -96] Why are there so many advertisements for this pension every single day? I'm pretty sure his parents don't want to hear people saying that they're using their son to make some money?? And YG has the power to ask portals to take these articles down ã…‹ Do they not know how to protect their own artists? Fangirls are the only ones that would like this type of news...ã…‹

  3. well keep pressed knetizens.
your hate comments won't make you rich or taking you anywhere near success. :)

  4. I wonder if the age restriction is there so that no kids sneak in to have sex and stuff while they're still minors/high school students. :x

Anyway, he used his hard-earned money to buy an inn for his parents so they can earn a living without having to break their backs doing so. That's really nice. Not a lot of kids can do that these days—in ANY country.

They're just bashing him because of the marijuana scandal and for "not reflecting". But even if he took time off and stayed away from the spotlight for 10 years, they would still bitch about him for the fuck of it.

The way netizens act makes me think that they just simply hate ALL celebrities. The only one who gets away with anything these days is Won Bin.

  5. "Why are there so many advertisements for this pension every single day?"

I ask the same question, Is Gdragon paying the media or something? o_O

  6. If I was him I would keep it secret where me or my parent live. With all thse massive windows, it's an open invitation for the paparazzi to spy on them with large zoom cameras while waiting for the next controversion thing to be spotted.

  7. I heard there are sex toys there

  8. its a business pension...where people can rent and relax not where they actually live~

  9. its a business, advertisements for businesses are necessary lol its the same as other idol's signatures/pictures being pass around at their parent's cafes.

  10. I don't think so, his parent's pension is a hot topic now, even CNN talks about it:

  11. But CNN also talks about this pension, so netizen you can calm down (or not?)

  12. i agree with the first comm..who knows what crazy fangirls might do (steal gaho lol), i understand they want peace and quiet....wow cnn ha? GD u are on the right track..

  13. It's so random but it's so funny to share:

There's one huge online football community in Korea (over 1,2 million users, 80% members are male). They have "Four Male God" list and "Four Female God".

And the "Four Male God" are Park Ji-sung, Manchester United, Park Ju-young, and G-Dragon =))

  14. I didn't know a pension was like a hotel... I thought it was a holiday home for his parents.
and so I was thinking why are there portraits of GD and big bang dolls? isn't it a bit narcissistic? lol *facepalm*

  15. they always go one about reflection blah blah... what is there to reflect on? and how would he refllect? lock him self in his house for 2 years and then make a come back? we all know that no one really "reflects" on their actions when they take time off.

can they come up with something new? something kinda orignal? because this grudge is kinda getting bleehh.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Nope they can't because this is Korea not the west. The fact that you don't agree, or you think its tired doesn't change anything because Big Bang is a Korean band and you're just an int'l fan. Get over it already.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I wouldn't doubt it. His parents say they didn't make it for money but that's bullshit because if they just wanted a place to "relax" GD could have bought them a house on the beach or some shit. It's a business and GD most likely wants it to be successful so... advertising. There are hundreds of VIPs already making reservations already and ones who have been there.

  18. lol im over it :)

  19. yeah im pretty sure we know were Korea is. They have an opinion and so do we. it doesnt matter where you are in the world. some international fans think he should have reflected or just left bigbang and there are some Korean fans who aren't bothered and know it was a mistake.
the argument is vice versa it can go both ways.
Some Koreans think he should have reflected some think he shouldn't have.
Some international fans think he could have taken more responsibility and some think not.

  20. no gd is not advertising this, it's the media that is advertising it. because it involves gd, they stalked the pension and asked for access/interviews.

    ReplyDelete
  21. it's their business, not where they live. pension is like a hotel.

    ReplyDelete
  22. It's dolce vita
    Built for BIGBANG and GD
    *facepalm*

    ReplyDelete
  23. It's a business so ofc he has to put it ~out~ there. But tbh anything GD does is a hot topic anyways. Just look at the comment likes. Obviously people care about this news so idk why they are complaining LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  24. different culture different opinions. he is a public figure and korea is not very open minded about drugs sex porn and more.. and honestly i prefer that than having lindsay lohan getting drunk and doing drugs and still being a celebrity

  25. Fans wouldn't go so far as to steal an idol's pet. If anything, they'd probably bring treats and toys for him or something.

Sasaengs tend to steal things that can easily be replaced: underwear, toothbrush, tshirt, hair brush, necklace, etc.

  26. i put a lol..cheap joke i know..

  28. Am I the only one who's interested in why 19 and under aren't allowed in? Did the article state why?

    ReplyDelete
  29. I'm talking about your narcissistic part
    *double face palm*

  30. It's to keep out the teenaged fangirls. They can't come even if they are accompanied by their parents.

    ReplyDelete
  31. It's actually just a few "keyboard warriors" on this particular Nate news site who keep going on about it. Everyone else is pretty much over it.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think media is just catering to their readers. People might or might not care about certain celebrities but they always care about luxury houses, cars, lifestyles of the rich and famous.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I remember they are: IU, Suzy, Park Bo-young, Taeyeon or Sohee. Not sure.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Pensions in Korea are mostly used for outings and couple trips...so for under aged kids to come in it's a bit. . . yeah. Look Up Goo Hara's pension articles.
