Article: 'Immortal Song 2' B1A4's grand first win... vocal talent + performance won the hearts
Source: TV Report via Nate
1. [+118, -56] ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Who are these guys and why do they keep coming out? Did they appear on the show to ruin Immortal Song 2? And the stupid fangirls will of course say oppa oppa and come to defend them. Aigoo, I'm so scared.
2. [+81, -27] Hul, this article is #1... They should tone down the media play... The article doesn't even have that much vote ups or replies and it's #1;;;
3. [+73, -28] Congratulations on the win but... There's a place for everybody, and this show is not your place!

I thought their performance was actually very good :/
ReplyDeleteAs expected from netizens. I knew they'd say something along these lines... >.>
ReplyDeleteDid they really win the whole episode or is it just talking about 1 win over another singer? You need to be familiar with the show to understand my question lol
ReplyDeleteIts only one win over another singer...they were the 2nd performer for that day's show
Delete^ ty for answering anon!
Deleteit's good by idol standards, but not at all comparable to the perfs of real artists on that show imo. They have the stage presence, they chose a song that fits them and is popular amongst the audience but they still lack the vocal/rap techniques that other artists on the show possess. Not that it's a bad thing, it's a general problem for idols anw
ReplyDeleteB1A4's performance was impressive. Netizens basically hate on every idol regardless, even the most popular ones~
ReplyDeleteIt's kinda sad that they're not even giving them a chance. I mean, I don't really like B1A4 or sth but hey, they're working hard and I can appreciate that atleast.
ReplyDeletelol every group works hard too, can you give your appreciaton to even New.Fo??
ReplyDeleteI guess this is exactly what the k-netizens comments refer to, hul even the international fans of them do the petty defending thing like the Korean counterparts.
Then you obviously have low standards of what is good for a singing show like Immortal Song 2....
ReplyDeleteNetizen's voice cannot deny the fact that B1A4 has quite a large fanbase in Korea.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, NB why did you still call B1A4 rookie? Because they didn't win any awards? They have debuted more than a year right?
ReplyDeletei agree with the k-netizens...
ReplyDelete322 is a pretty damn low score, not really anything to be proud of. past winners of the episode got over 370, mostly in the 400~410 range.
322 is shitty but congrats for winning over the other contestants.
It wasn't like it was a glorious vocal marvel for the ages, but it was fun and cute; they know what their strengths are and they play to them. They didn't have a great score, but then they weren't being overly ambitious either (they didn't want to win it all, just one heat, lol).
ReplyDeleteJust because it isn't your style doesn't mean it isn't anyone's, netizens. Don't be the people that cried wolf by always claiming 'media play'. ^^
i feel like im the only international fan who doesn't care for these rookie groups either.. stopped checking them out after 2010....
ReplyDeleteYes, 322 is a low score but it's the boys' first win on the show and of course they would be proud of it. Oh, and they didn't actually win over everyone, they won over this one guy and it's already quite an achievement for them.
ReplyDeleteOH WHEW. thank god... 322 is way too low for an IS2 episode winner.
ReplyDeletetheir fancafe's growing fast for the past months... it's in the top 10 already..
ReplyDeletewhat 'grand' first win? i thought they just won once again lee ki chan? congrats, anyway. tbh, their perfs are okay, flashy and hyped -- typical IS2 audiences favorite. the thing is... their vocals or rap (a very cringe-worthy rap) aren't that all, and they lack stage presence imo. this vocalist guy (idk his name, the one without glasses) should have just performed by himself and trying various genres instead of sticking with his groupies doing fanservice-y performance.
ReplyDeleteand stop with the media play...
Releasing one song then disappearing isn't really what's called hard work lol.
ReplyDeleteI tried to get into them last year.. but they're just.. 'there'. :'D I don't know. They don't have anything extraordinary that keeps me curious or interested. Glad they won, whatever they won, however.. not my slice of bread..
ReplyDeleteU know what? Ppl who dont like or dont care about them just comment too much
DeleteI agree with the netizens, B1A4 are not talented enough to perform on Immortal Song
ReplyDeleteB1A4 are actually one of the more talented rookie groups (and I use the term rookie lightly since they debuted last year). I just hope they get a hit song soon, then we'll see public opinion change quickly.
ReplyDeleteSandeul can really sing
ReplyDeleteB1A4 has good songs.
ReplyDeleteWoω that was ѕtrange. I just wrotе an extremely long сomment but after I
