JYJ vs. SM Entertainment verdict postponed again

1. [+21, -0] SM, don't be a coward and come out;;; If you're in the wrong, admit it and pay the price. What are you trying to hide?

2. [+20, -0] What is SM trying to hide that they're postponing this for three years now

3. [+10,- 0] If arbitration was possible from the get-go, would a lawsuit have even been necessary...? The three members would have tried their best to make it work then.. but seeing as how SM had no intention of changing for them, they filed a lawsuit. It was SM that turned the lawsuit into a mudslinging fight. They had three years to resolve this and still couldn't until now..?
