How did T-ara manage to keep their CF deal with 'Gibalhan Chicken'?

I think the following post made on Daum's Telzone today gives some good insight into the level/extent of manipulation that can be done by one company.

Netizens thought it was weird that T-ara had nearly all of their CF contracts terminated following their scandal except their deal with 'Gibalhan Chicken'.

Lo and behold, the company is actually owned by Core Contents Media themselves and is a subsidiary of the company.  Before T-ara's scandal erupted, Kim Kwang Soo used it for various marketing tactics like throwing birthday parties with Gang Kiz at 'Gibalhan Chicken' branches.

There were also reports about Soyeon treating the producers and cast of 'Haeundae Lovers' to a chicken lunch, which.. of course, was provided/sponsored by 'Gibalhan Chicken'. Not really Soyeon treating them now, is it.

Following T-ara's scandal, 'Gibalhan Chicken' then changed stances and released new reports acting as if they had no connection to CCM/T-ara by saying that they will be supporting students who are the victims of bullying as well as bullying prevention programs in light of the scandal.

1. [+52] So it was Kwang Soo's company ㅋㅋㅋ Even if it were the last chicken company left on this earth, I would not touch it

2. [+42] So that's what it was... Kwang Soo's chicken..

3. [+41] They basically released a bunch of PRs saying they were receiving top star treatment from a CF company that is actually a subsidiary of their own company...
