No sympathy for T-ara's Eunjung and 'Five Fingers'

Article: Eunjung withdraws from 'Five Fingers', how far is going too far?
Source: Newsen via Nate

1. [+6,804, -245] Going too far is ostracizing someone in your own group for two years and laughing about it on a public platform like Twitter. The victim was kicked from the group, and yet they are still on TV shooting dramas. Isn't that going too far?

2. [+5,893, -204] The real victim here is Hwayoung, don't you think so rice cake Eunjung?

3. [+5,601, -199] Is this article trying to create sympathetic media?????? Get your sympathy after you've apologized to Hwayoung

  5. i dont fully blame the netizens. CCM's damage control PR on this was shit. they were practically giving license to netizens' imagination to go wild.

  6. KKS definitely handled the issue badly, that's for sure, but in any other culture he'd be forgiven. I'd put the fault at 1% T-ara/Hwayoung, 4% KKS and 95% netizens beating the issue up with worthless strawman "evidence" and then crying like the disgusting little babies that they have proven themselves to be.

  7. KKS apologised and says there is no bullying - netizens not happy. Hwayoung says sorry and that she's okay - netizens not happy. T-ara's leader talks to the press and says there is no bullying and explains the context of events clearly and sensibly in a way that anyone can understand - netizens not happy. Soyeon gets injured - netizens not happy. What do they want? I think the answer is becoming clearer every day - netizens will not stop on this issue until they bully at least one T-ara member to suicide. Plus, I bet even if Eunjung does kill herself, some netizens will still say "one down, five to go". Netizens are the cancer that threatens to kill k-pop for good... one group at a time.

  8. Since the reply buttons not working at the moment. Netizens aren't satisfied because all CCM's stories are contradicting each other.

  11. y'all do know that 'netizen' means you too right?..

    oh kpop fans~

  12. If I'm a netizen I'll happily kill myself if all other netizens do the same. It will be a better world overall and T-ara will finally be free of these stupid fabricated bullying allegations.

  13. The "rice cake" slur against Eunjung is straight-up 100% bullying by netizens, nothing more or less. Anyone who has a brain and has done at least ten seconds of actual research knows that the rice cake incident was part of a game show and that Jiyeon was also fed a rice cake in that episode, and what we saw was an out-of-context snippet of Hwayoung only just framed that way to make Eunjung look bad. For netizens to keep harping on about it and branding Eunjung like that proves that netizens are 100% without a doubt conclusively the bullies in this scenario.

    oh kpop fans~"

And YOU do know that YOU are also a netizen, right?..

    Oh stupid anon~

(LOL, tell us something we DON'T know.)

  16. There is no doubt that internet has been an integral part of our lives, and whether you like it or not, I’m saying that we can become victims of its high technology manipulations. We all undergo problems and struggles in our lives, some of it might affect our whole being and our endeavours in life. I am one of a million supporters of the Korean Pop Group T- ARA, when I heard about the Bullying Controversy, I was left thinking... Thinking of how am I be able to accept the “proofs” shown by these unknown Netizens.

We can judge Ham Eunjung but we can’t judge ourselves. We can judge Park Jiyeon but not ourselves. We can hate the whole group of T- ARA because of their faults....but we can’t hate ourselves because of our mistakes. Truly it is easy for us to clean the speck at our fellow’s eyes but fail to notice the log that is in our own. Upon watching these hater’s videos, what is your final reaction?
Our answers maybe “T- ARA sucks” “ I HATE THEM” “Please remove T- ARA in their endorsements or else I won’t buy your products!” such statements connote how we’ve always been so narrow minded in judging others.

Why do we always let ourselves be influenced by first hand evidences? Why do we always act as if we were in the scene? Why do we always pinpoint and not think twice? There is a paradox that marks ourselves in this life, and that is, we are not perfect human beings and yet we always act as if we’re perfect.

We are created in God’s own image but there is a flaw in us humans which makes us different from God and that is our JUDGMENT. If some of you are Roman Catholics, you are familiar with this. God judges us not by our faults but by our good deeds, Humans judge his or her fellow’s bad deeds and not with the good. This Earth is made by God for us, humans to live in harmony. I knew that T- ARA members have committed their own mistakes, but why let this one person suffer the mishaps of these lies? I am talking about Ham Eunjung.

She has suffered and lost almost everything twice or even thrice as Hwayoung suffered, I beg your pardon but as a fan I suffer the hurts of Ham Eunjung which forced me to write this article for her. I also felt sorry for Hwayoung, she is a good rapper and singer and she is also a victim of this controversy. The thing is if you are a true professional performer, you must be willing to handle the hardest of the situation because one mistake would bring the whole group into its downfall. Both sides have wronged each other. Both sides have forgiven each other and had already moved on from the issue. But the scars left by these malicious comments, has brought not only Ham Eunjung into tumult but also T- ARA and Hwayoung.

If you are really a fan of them at first and have withdrawn your support after watching the tampered videos, can you call yourself righteous? In my opinion, it is a NO. Because as a fan you must always be there through good times and bad times, being a FAN means being ONE OF THEM, in one with T- ARA.

Imagine someone, a friend perhaps, who only loves you because you are popular and great, and when something undesirable happens that friend leaves you behind, letting you suffer the tangled mess around you. Is that someone worth your friendship? When someone commits mistakes these makes someone HUMAN, I am not saying that we always must do so repeatedly but who among us are not committing one?

T- ARA has already paid the price of these crap controversy, we loved them so much before, I think it is time to bring the glory back to them. There is nothing wrong in giving chances, there is nothing wrong in making them proved that they have changed, because in this world FORGIVENESS is always the best way to say that we really came from the one up above in heaven. It takes a change of perspective to see the light according to The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. We must change our perspective into a win-win position, a position free of hatred and sepulchral memories. T- ARA will stand again, let us bring back the glory again and MOVE ON
