Could 'Moving' have achieved worldwide fame like 'Squid Game' if it was platformed on Netflix?

[+445, -60] 'Moving' was good but it was never gonna be a series that hit it big in the US. The US already has a popular series called 'Heroes' and compared to that, 'Moving' is weak and less enjoyable. Just watch 'Heroes,' you'll see what I mean. (Though, yes, the series has been getting a bit forced as the seasons keep going)

[+297, -22] 'Moving' was never going to beat 'Squid Game' even if it was on Netflix. Why are people downplaying 'Squid Game' like this? ㅋㅋ Even a super popular series like 'Stranger Things' couldn't live up to the 'Squid Game' views, there's 100 million views in difference between them. The second most watched drama after 'Squid Game' is 'All of Us Are Dead' and maybe 'Moving' could beat that but never 'Squid Game.'

[+258, -30] I don't get the hype around this drama... I cringed so hard when I watched clips of the characters flying around. Where are these 'world renowned' reviews coming from?

[+160, -10] Okay, 'Moving' is not THAT good

[+25, -2] Nah, it was totally just meant for the domestic market... a good drama to kill some time with. It was fun in the beginning but fell off towards the end.

[+25, -3] 'Moving' couldn't even spar with somethign like the 'Avengers'... it only did well in the Asian market.

[+18, -2] 'Moving' was not THAT good. It kept dragging so I stopped after the 8th episode. Watching people fly around like Superman got corny really fast. 'Squid Game,' on the other hand, sucked you in every single episode with a variety of different characters and psychological expressions. 'Moving' just felt like a drag. It's not a platform issue.

[+14, -2] It was alright. I wouldn't recommend it to foreigners in particular. Way too many Korean style corniness in it for me to do that.

[+11, -1] Way too much hype around 'Moving'... I would never call it a "high quality" piece of work.

[+9, -2] If Americans were to watch this, they'd probably think it was some knock-off version of the 'Fantastic 4' and 'X-Men'... 'Squid Game' differentiated itself as being an Asian drama with creative storytelling. Americans have already seen plot points like 'Moving,' there's no reason for them to go out of their way to see it.

[+6, -1] 'Squid Game' is no longer just a drama, it's a cultural icon recognized worldwide. Do not compare some third-rate drama like 'Moving' to it.
