Do Cinderella chaebol cliches like 'King the Land' still have a place in 2023 dramas?

[+77, -14] Let's please just watch these dramas for what they are. The plot is something totally normal, don't start drama where there is none~ this is so nitpicky... tsk tsk tsk

[+29, -3] The whole point of dramas like this is to provide an escape from your exhausting life into a romantic fantasy of a Cinderella story. Just laugh and enjoy it. I find these stories much better than the blood-ridden makjangs filled with affairs.

[+28, -4] Just watch it for what it is... no reason to nitpick like an annoying mother-in-law. It's an easy drama to turn your mind off from. It's not meant to be a documentary.

[+22, -4] Aigoo, so nitpicky... just don't watch, then. If all dramas were realistic, they wouldn't be any fun, would they?

[+18, -4] I've been watching this over and over with my wife.. and it's a drama for the first time in a while that truly lets you just enjoy the moment without any deep thoughts or anything. It feels like a playground of pure souls... No murder, no conspiracy, nothing dirty or anything that makes you cringe. It's such a good break to escape your life for a little bit. I hope that the scriptwriter and PD continue to create a lot of dramas like this that help wash our minds from the heavy thoughts of real life, just something that lets us take a breath and enjoy something without any burden. Please ignore negative articles like this. Fighting!!

[+17, -3] Unrealistic stories are what makes a drama a drama, no? This is enjoyable for what it is, and I hope the cast and director, scriptwriter-nim find strength.

[+13, -0] Viewers don't care about all this PC stuff. We just want justice, love, innocence, the dramatic... just anything that makes our hearts happy and fun.

[+12, -1] Don't think too deeply about it, it's a fun drama~~~

[+13, -3] This drama is riding purely on the backs of Soshi and 2PM fans, no? Because I found it way too childish to awtch... And then I heard it was under controversy for depicting another country's culture negatively. It shouldn't just be brushed off as "it's a drama" when you all know we'd be the first to be up in arms if another country depicted Koreans negatively in their media...

[+9, -0] It is a really childish darma, though...

[+9, -0] I enjoy it for what it is... and that it doesn't have anything like murder or scamsters in it. I actually really like the supporting characters as well. Secretary Noh is so cute.. ㅋ

[+9, -0] Whatever the case, the drama makes you smile for 80% of it ^^ don't think too deeply about it, watch it for what it is ^^ happy healing ^^
