[+151] The funny thing about our country is that we may seem like a national power and a first world country on the outside but our people are far from it in our way of mind. So much of the world is moving forward in an attempt to leave racism behind and accept globalization (aside from the elderly) but... our country is still so very racist, on an extreme level. What makes us think we're so much better than SEA countries? If it's because our country is richer, then does that give richer countries than us like China, Japan, and other Western countries the right to look down on us, too? We are too fixated on lookism and wealth... but what's even funnier is that even with all that obsession, our self-esteem still remains so low. When are we going to grow as a society?

[+92] I can honestly see friends talking like this in private conversations but why would they speak about it so openly on a public platform;;

[+90] Turning their accounts private and deleting the offensive posts is not really an apology, is it? 

[+75] Initially, I thought that people were overreacting to something that isn't that big of a deal... but then I tried to think, what if a European player made fun of a teammate with hooded eyes by calling them Asian? And yeah, that pisses me off. 

[+53] The media needs to stop calling it "inappropriate remarks" and call it for what it is: racism

[+28] Please think of your own seniors who have suffered countless acts of racism on foerign fields before you. You're a public figure, you know to behave better than this. 

[+12] It makes you wonder how normalized such racist remarks have been between them that they didn't even realize how wrong it is to post something like that in public

[+8] And it's because of fools like you that there's the stereotype of athletes being dumb, please just kick them all off the team

[+3] They need to come out and admit that they were wrong and upload a proper apology in both Thai and English. As a fan, I also support further punishment of kicking them off the team. 

[+3] Karma will get them... When they get on European fields, the racism will come back to them, though I doubt any of them are skilled enough to make it that far.
