Freezia admits to wearing replicas and writes handwritten apology

Article: Song Jia, 'replica' controversy over Chanel and Dior clothes worn on Single's Inferno

Source: Chosun via Naver

1. [+3,693, -822] She keeps trying to convey this image of being a Jennie lookalike but she just looks like Hong Hyun Hee

2. [+1,298, -22] Influencers are always selling dupes and replicas while they use that money to buy the authentic versions at the department stores while riding business class. Don't buy anything influencers try to sell you, you fools.

3. [+1,198, -104] That's quite ballsy of her to go on TV wearing replicas. Is she really even a golden spoon??

4. [+385, -15] I always assumed she was just some normal person who graduated from a traditional dance school but I found out that she's actually under a management agency and her Traige apartment is a monthly rental... lots of stuff she hides...

5. [+272, -12] One thing's for sure, no matter what she wears moving forward, people are going to always question whether it's real or fake. I don't know why she'd dig herself into a grave like this...

6. [+216, -4] That's quite the mental to go on TV wearing replicas

7. [+181, -5] Wow, she was wearing brand names from head to toe and they were all fake? I'm so embarrassed for her ㅎㅎㅎ

8. [+209, -34] I doubt it's just the clothes, her face and chest are probably fake too

9. [+116, -1] I think people are hating more because she tried to make herself up to be a golden spoon. People wouldn't have cared if she was just honest about being a normal college student living alone in a studio.

10. [+112, -2] This controversy would've never happened if she just wore normal brands... But obviously she wanted to stand out with brand name clothing. She must have low self esteem.

Article: Song Jia uploads apology "I'm deeply reflecting"... were all her Dior and Chanel fake?

Source: The Joongang via Naver

1. [+1,450, -27] It's not right to say "so what if she wore fakes"! Then that argument can be used right back at us whenever China copies our varieties and dramas. Even our hanboks! Why do you think copyrights exist? To protect the original artist. Wearing replicas is stealing someone else's work.

2. [+1,144, -10] She really wore replicas on Netflix ㅋㅋ talk about embarrassing our country

3. [+748, -38] She probably felt it was a waste of money to buy the authentic... but still wanted to wear brand names around... don't people feel embarrassed wearing fakes?

4. [+290, -2] This is a bit embarrassing. The show ranked quite high on Netflix. What is she going to do if those brands sue her? Shouldn't she have known better than to wear these on a show that's going to be watched internationally? Isn't she a fashion YouTuber? Louis Vuitton has history of suing even a tiny chicken restaurant... what makes her think they won't come after her, especially with the fame this Netflix show has gotten?

5. [+271, -3] She's either really thick-skinned or really stupid to go on TV wearing replicas

6. [+258, -12] She's too obsessed with showing off. The other participants on the show looked natural and pretty without having to wear brand names. She was the only one decked out in Prada, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton~ so were they all replicas or a mix of both? Instead of trying to win people over with her make up and brand name clothes, she should work on her natural aura. Her chest is really obviously done as well.

7. [+165, -7] It's more of a turn off to me that she tried to get famous by copying Jennie's image

8. [+121, -19] Do men have lower standards lately or what? What is she talented in? What does she know how to do? Her visuals look so cheap to me... does she even have a good head on her shoulders? Why are people like her even in this popular? I don't get it?....

9. [+84, -0] This is so embarrassing ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ an influencer caught wearing fakes

10. [+82, -4] All of that thick make up, decking herself in brand names... it seems like a mental illness. She's lacking something and trying to fill a void by attracting attention in this way. She's the type who can't stand it when others don't feel jealous of her.

1. [+948, -12] Who is this and why is she in the news so much

2. [+551, -98] Her face itself is fake

3. [+317, -8] There are some people who can make replicas look real and others who make authentics look fake... It is quite unfortunate that she had the gall to wear fakes on a popular TV show, though.

4. [+295, -1] The guts to wear fakes on a TV show... she's not normal, is she

5. [+214, -5] She should work on creating a luxurious inner self than dressing herself in luxury brands

6. [+161, -2] To all of you acting like this isn't a big deal, if any of these brands decide to sue Netflix, they will have to delete all the scenes that she's wearing replicas in, or even take the whole show down. It's fine if she wears replicas in her own life but you shouldn't be doing that on a public platform like this.

7. [+129, -4] She must've thought that people would believe they were real if she wore them

8. [+60, -3] Just reading about this makes me feel so embarrassed for her. I doubt she has anything authentic if she was caught for such petty replicas like this.

9. [+54, -1] She's also a liar who claims she only got a nose job

10. [+54, -1] It's always the Instagram girlies buying up whatever they sell who are the problem

1. [+2,600] I'm someone who has been watching her since the beginning of her channel and I realized that the more popularity and influence she got, the scarier she seemed. It became obvious to me that she wasn't just some average person who grew her channel all on her own but very clear that a company with a lot of money and power was supporting her from behind. Everything was normal in the beginning with her vlogs but ever since she moved into the Trimage, she started getting TV deals and even recently Single's Inferno, which then branched into all sorts of media spotlight. It's so obvious that this is all viral marketing but people are falling for it so easily. She's under a company called Hyowon C&C which is funded by Chinese money. All of this has made me realize just how easy it is for the public to be swayed by viral marketing. You can make someone famous at the drop of a hat. And notice that all of the accounts that Freezia regrams from are ghost accounts? Her popularity doesn't exist. All of her fans have no sense to stop and think and are just being swept up by her viral marketing and falling for her golden spoon image. My tl;dr is this: Freezia is a celebrity under a Chinese company called Hyowon C&C and all of you have fallen for a viral marketing campaign funded by Chinese investments. Wake up.

2. [+784] At this point, what about her is even real...

3. [+697] Freezia started gaining popularity when she moved into the Trimage. She started exuding this rich, stylish image, wearing only luxury brands, and got famous for her cool girl, highly confident and rich image. I honestly think her company got her the Trimage apartment to begin creating this image for her.

4. [+513] I don't even know how you could have the balls to wear replicas on TV

5. [+210] I'm surprised she owns so many replicas in the first place..

6. [+805] I always thought it was weird how she claimed to have grown up in a well to do family but she was always so obsessed with logos and brand names ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I guess my doubts were right

7. [+160] I liked her overall vibe and feel but... I'm speechless now. She's definitely cleaning up her comments on her YouTube channel right now,, ㅋㅋ

8. [+378] Would be legendary if she only pretended to live at her Trimage place for filming purposes ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

9. [+345] This is more daebak than I thought... that many replicas? Does she own anything authentic;;

10. [+753] I always assumed her Dior top was fake because there are so many of them around but even her Chanel knit? Chanel scarf? Fendi matching set? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
