'Inspector Koo' shifts the importance of viewer ratings with streaming services

1. [+160] Personal preference but this is one of my favorite dramas lately. It hit its highest ratings in the fourth episode, and it has consistently ranked in the top 10 on Netflix Korea. No need to put it down so quickly just because ratings dipped a bit in the third episode 😥
