1. [+280, -4] Those working in civil service cross the line with how far they'll go to protect their own people. They should know that the public comes first.

There are so many cases of teachers getting away with harassing their own students and returning to their jobs after disciplinary action. We need to go harder with the punishments so that incidents like this stop happening. Punishments fit for the mistakes need to be doled up. It's only fair since they're living off of the taxes of the public.
