Then another case where a teaching director got 3 years for leaking test papers. How does a human life have less worth than a piece of paper?

Just the article before this was about two celebrities getting 5 years/2 and a half years for a group r*pe sentence... and yet these hackers got the same sentence just for blackmailing celebrities... Is it our legal system that's messed up or did the celebrities hire good lawyers to get them lesser sentences?
