IU reps, "Claims that IU purchased a building and land through speculation are not true. She had no such intention. She bought it in January of 2018, the land was released in April, and GTX announced it would be running through that land just a few months after. Did she 'really' know nothing? Anyone who invests so much money into a green belt land is 100% acting on insider information.
