Running a one-man agency is realistically hard which is why he's choosing to stay with an agency. If there's no special reason for him not to, I don't see why he shouldn't renew.

No matter how poorly FNC treats the people below him, I'm sure they treat him like god. He's been in the industry for years... he knows better than to renew with an agency that doesn't benefit him in the end...
