Whenever someone donates 100 balloons (about $10), he'll call them out like "I know you have more, you better not be spending that in another stream, spend it here" and he'll purposely pit people who donate 1,000 balloons (about $100) against others to try and get them to compete and donate more....

So many streamers are thugs and the people who watch these streams are known to be dumb with nothing better to do, which is where the stigma comes from.
