After linking the article, he wrote, "You can't possibly act like this as a human being. I understand why there's a law protecting minors since they're young and unable to make proper judgments but when they're given weaker consequences as a result, they fail to understand the repercussions of their crime. Reflection can only happen when you realize what exactly you did wrong and I doubt that (these students) even know what they just committed."
