They know how hard it is to achieve what they already have and that it won't be guaranteed that they'll reach this level again when they go back to their own groups. They themselves know better than us that their groups like DIA, Cosmic Girls, and Gugudan have it exponentially harder, and yet their opinions don't matter because it's all up to the big guys in the end. They're probably devastated too that IOI is being broken up and now they have to start all over.
