"Is that really a heart period at the end of her introduction? I was so shocked when I read the apology. Isn't she crazy to think it's appropriate to put a heart in an apology letter? And I googled it some more and Tiffany normally draws a heart at the end of her name. Isn't that a bit too much in a situation like this?"
