Instead of making excuses, they should be coming out with a direct apology and clarifying the misunderstanding. They're so immature with their actions... they were quiet all through the bullying scandal and only came out to squeeze tears when it was time for them to release albums and make money. They need to learn to mature and take responsibility for their actions as adults.
