4. [+105, -18] If you exclude all that unnecessary stuff like big names in the cast and pick a drama solely based on the storyline, I'd say 'I Hear Your Voice' is the best. Lee Jong Suk wasn't as big of a star back then as he is now and Lee Bo Young was boring people with her acting. On top of that, the scriptwriter was the same for 'Dream High' so people scoffed at the drama at first and the pilot episode recorded 4% viewer ratings but the good storyline started spreading by word of mouth and they reached 20% viewer ratings. Overall, the acting and the story make it the best drama.
