Parents began noticing that their kids were learning girl group dances like 'Up & Down' at their after school clubs. 'Broadcast Dance Clubs' in particular were teaching sexy girl group dances and 'Up & Down' was reported to be taught in four other schools.

On another school's after school dance program, lessons specified how to shake your hips and do dances that made S lines to 1st and 2nd graders.
