In December, a mother had brought her 2 year old son to a social welfare center and was with a consultant when A (19 years old and mentally disabled) saw her son in the 3rd floor hall of the building. He threw the child off the emergency staircase to a 9.2m drop, resulting in the child's death.

The court ruled the teen as not guilty, stating that his autism impairs his ability to make sound decisions.
