The last survivor of the 1995 Sampoong Department Store collapse filed a lawsuit against Jang Dong Min after hearing him on podcast last year saying, "There was also that woman when the Sampoong Department Store collapsed who had to drink her own piss until she was saved in 21 days."

The woman's legal representative explained, "She felt humiliated that something she had to suffer and work so hard to overcome was being used as a gag joke."
