The army has been keeping hush about ruling the Minister of National Defense as innocent, citing that none of the acts were reported to him so he doesn't have a responsibility to them. He was originally sentenced to 10 days of probation, which they eventually thought was 'too heavy'. Despite the ruling by the disciplinary action committee last month, they did not reveal the news to the public.
