You can feel that 'ITNW' and 'Glass Bead' are similar songs but there's nothing that you can call outright plagiarism... and it's not like SNSD owns exclusive rights to the kick dance either so you can't take legal action over it... Their company went all out with the sneakiness ㅋㅋ
