Article: KBS 'Walking into the World' apologizes for name controversy

A KBS TV show 'Walking into the World' had a series of interviews with foreigners regarding the Vatican. Viewers instantly noticed that the foreigners were all randomly named after Italian soccer players like Morgan de Sanctis and Giorgio Chiellini. When confronted about it by viewers, KBS admitted to the staff losing the names of the people they interviewed and thus thinking it would be a good idea to replace them all with Italian soccer players.
