TV: 'K-Pop Star' discusses a third season

1. [+120, -28] Wasn't their decision to put Bang Mumble in the finals an indication that they're giving up on the next season?

[+100, -18] I know that the people who supported Bang Yedam reasoned that he is young and that he's talented for his age, which I readily agree with, but I have a hard time understanding why he was allowed to be judged on a different level of standards from the other contestants just because hee's young. Young or old, the standards should be the same across the board.

3. [+79, -8] I'm okay with another season but if they're going to go through with it, I think the judges need to consider the opinions of the viewers more. This show is not a private company audition but a public audition that involves the viewers. They can call Bang Yedam a prodigy for his age and all that but this is a public audition, which means they should be fair and judge him equally with the rest. It's like calling an elementary student a genius because he knows how to solve a quadratic equation and then dropping a high school student who got a good grade on his college entrance exam just to put the elementary student in college. Makes no sense at all.

4. [+16, -5] I think the first season was the strongest season overall. I love Akdong Musician but Park Jimin, Lee Hi, and Baek Ah Yeon... All three could've came out a winner and nobody would've been surprised because they were just that talented and all of the viewers were clenching their fists and holding their breaths the entire time they were competing. Lee Hi and Park Jimin in the finals were just excellent... enough to hold the title of 'myung'. Once Bang Yedam beat out Andrew Choi, 2000won, Raccoon Boys, you just knew Akdong Musician would win so the fun of watching dropped tremendously.

5. [+12, -2] If the judges are going to force their pond-like opinions onto the public again, don't dare to run another season because it pisses me off.
