Rain denied a trial appearance as a witness in his lawsuit against Lee, fashion company investor, for the third time because he "is a soldier".

Lee requested that the court forces him to attend because "Even as a soldier, he still had time to meet Kim Tae Hee so it doesn't make sense that he doesn't have time for the court. His non-appearance is a complete disregard for the court and the judge."
