1. [+174, -8] Choosing to ride a foreign car is a personal decision but I hate the people that think they own the road just because they ride a foreign car.. They switch lanes whenever they want, ride up to your bumper.. Korea needs to change some laws around. Even when a foreign car is responsible for a car accident, the victim has to pay double just because it's a foreign car..
2. [+150, -16] Well, they bought it with the money they earned so it's not like we're in a position to say anything.. But I think any car in the $200,00~million range makes me feel a bit out of place..
3. [+126, -20] Definitely Yoo Jae Suk... Genesis is a good choice for that luxurious image at a fair price~
4. [+96, -87] Look at the cars of the three slave contracts..
5. [+39, -2] Look at the haters ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ Who cares what someone chooses to buy with the money they worked hard to earn? ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ Just admit that you're jealous, why don't you
6. [+34, -1] What's up with the people getting pissed off over stars buying what they want with money they earned? And they're able to buy things like that BECAUSE they were freed from their slave contracts. Those cars were all bought after they left 'that company'.
-
inb4 people asking where certain stars are...
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry but I still lol at the fact that Brave Brothers is only one person.
ReplyDelete6. Kim Jaejoong: Lamborghini Murcielago LP-640 ($500,000 USD)
ReplyDelete7. Kim Junsu: Ferrari Italia ($380,000 USD)
8. Park Yoochun: Ferrari California ($350,000 USD)
Like a Boss! :D
'That company'. . . . . . .
ReplyDelete4. [+96, -87] Look at the cars of the three slave contracts..
ReplyDeleteYes bought after they left SM Entertainment when they started to actually make money and be able to afford that.
dat overcompensation. Yoo Jae Suk remains awesome. Nice reasonable car.
ReplyDeleteKim Jaejoong: Lamborghini Murcielago LP-640 ($500,000 USD)
ReplyDeleteKim Junsu: Ferrari Italia ($380,000 USD)
Park Yoochun: Ferrari California ($350,000 USD)
0_o..woahhh..JJ,JU and YC..jjangggg
these guys prob have small diqs
ReplyDeleteEven when a foreign car is responsible for a car accident, the victim has to pay double just because it's a foreign car.. wait what?
ReplyDelete1. Park Sang Min: Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 Special Edition Purple (in the millions)

WOW and people always say JYJ have the most expensive cars in Korea.
There is no GD on that list??..
ReplyDeletein idol world they do have the most expensive car~~~~
ReplyDeletehaha JYJ can't compare with people like Bae Yong Joon or Yang Hyun Suk. Cassies are delusional..
ReplyDeletelmao jealous people voting down xD
ReplyDeleteGdragon and TOP have the most expensive cars.
ReplyDeleteyes true...
ReplyDeletewho says that.. there are probably a gazillion CEOs with more expensive cars.
ReplyDeleteGD own bently.. and as far as i know TOP don't drive..
ReplyDeleteis this real? LOL XD
ReplyDeleteBut why when they were with SM, Yoochun was driving around in an Audi R8?
ReplyDeletehahahahaha as much as i like gd & top..........no.
ReplyDeleteBae Yong Joon???? who? ROFL
ReplyDeleteG-dragon spend his money on drugs not cars...
ReplyDeleteoh, only the richest actor in the entire country. that's all
ReplyDeletebyj owns one of the largest entertainment companies in korea. embarrassed for u right now.
ReplyDeleteno u wrong.. he own a resort... a luxury house..AND HE NOT A DRUG ADDICT!!!
ReplyDeleteJYJ have alot of cars though xD
ReplyDeleteJJ (6 cars)= Audi R8,Bentley Continental,Lamborghini Murcielago,Ferrari,Mitsuoka Himiko
YC(4 cars)= Porsche Panamera, Limited Edition Royal ,Ferrari, etc
JS(5 cars)=Maserati Granturismo,Mercedes-Benz SLS,etc
This list is not accurate. Junsu bought blue Lamborghini Aventador and new yellow Ferrari few weeks ago and Yoochun white Rolls-Royce Ghost, new white Ferrari and white Hummer.
ReplyDeleteYoo Jae Suk is dumb tbqh he should be driving a Lamborghini Murcielago or a Ferrari with all the money he makes.
ReplyDeleteso haters eat ur heart now.... they also hv a lot of others asset...
ReplyDeleteHe's dumb for choosing to buy a car that suits his tastes and needs...ok
ReplyDelete*rolls eyes*
I bet Bae Yong Joon, Yang Hyun Suk and the rest in the top 5 are from the mafia. How can they make more money than JyJ
ReplyDeleteCassies aren't always the ones saying that though. It's normally the delulu bunch of HoMin stans.
ReplyDeletelol... does change the fact that the other guys on the list are still richer than jyj...
ReplyDeleteu dont know BYJ...??? LMAO... so don't ever bother to comment on korean entertainment page!!!!
ReplyDeletesome mafia CEO
ReplyDeleteAfter DBSK with Mirotic won GDA in 2008, SME "gifted" them with these luxurious cars. But they remained the property of SME and JYJ had to return them the moment they filled the lawsuit.
ReplyDeleteYunho own an audi too..A4 i think..JJ may had own an R8 also from stalkers pic..some suju member have audi also..or is it just siwon? anyway there was rumor saying SM was the one that gift dbsk with audi cars so idk..
ReplyDeleteAnd you keep beating a dead horse with that stale joke
ReplyDeleteplus Yoochun new car ,"The Mansory Rolls Royce White Ghost" Limited Edition!(Only 35 worldwide.)
ReplyDeletethey can hate but JYJ is swimming in money now xD
JYJ are certainly living it up..
ReplyDeleteLOL who cares lol I dont know why some people are angry because JYJ also have money LOL
ReplyDeletethe other guys on the list had been in the show biz for over 20 years.. they also CEO at the company .. JJ.YC and JS just 10 years in the industries... did u think it's a fair comparison????
ReplyDeleteGDTOP are good friends with JYJ. No need to compare who owns what. All are well off.
ReplyDeleteyes.. but it was under company name LOL.. it was 'given' by sme because they sold mirotics > 500k copies. They think they are fool enough to take that as theirs and shut their mouth and stop asking for more money..
ReplyDeleteWhen they are out, all back to the company. Including the house they live in (for Jaejoong and Junsu).
the number of expensive cars and the cost of them say lot about the owners.
ReplyDeleteshow off .
4. [+96, -87] Look at the cars of the three slave contracts..
ReplyDeleteand this is a 'normal' netizen?? LOL..
ikr? i.e. JYJ should be making more donations instead of buying 5 cars each one. Did they need all those expensice cars?
ReplyDeletelmao look at JYJ ballin. You know what they owned when they where still in SM? Nothing, except maybe a house that yoochun bought for him and his brother/mom. Now, look at them, they each have several houses/condos worth millions, multiple luxury cars each, JYJ owned recording studio, 2 dance studios (one as gift for their dancers), Owners/investors of ice cream shops/coffee shops/restaurants, etc... This is all earned by JYJ while being cockedblocked by everyone and their grandma in Korea AND Japan. Seriously, just L.O.L. They should just give no fucks to haters cause they can just retire today if they felt like it and still be set for lifu.
ReplyDeleteso curious abt Homin's rides right now.. do they still right that old A4? hahahah can they afford things anyway.. ^__TT. i dont think so... theyre all in debts to SM... they need to sell their souls to afford that..
ReplyDeleteso curious abt Homin's rides right now.. do they still ride that old A4? hahahah can they afford things anyway.. ^__TT. i dont think so... theyre all in debts to SM... they need to sell their souls to afford that..
ReplyDeleteYeah... they donate. What do you do with your money? Spend it on cheeseballs?
ReplyDeleteThey could use it to get some serious bodyguards to protect themselves from sasaeng fans.
ReplyDeleteweren't you sucking jyj cock a second ago? I see you with your several accounts...
ReplyDelete4. [+96, -87] "Look at the cars of the three slave contracts.." What a stupid ignorant mofo comment...
ReplyDeletewho needs millions of dollars?????
ReplyDeleteif the JYJ boys want more and more cars, it's their choice, poor people can GTFO
Actually, SME took back much more then just the cars. They also saized more expensive fangifts (the white grand piano gifted by Jaejoong´s chinese fandom for his birthday is still in SME building now), their PCs, ipods, notebooks etc. When they were kicked out from the dorm, they were cariing just few bags with their clothes.
ReplyDeletelol you dont know Bae Yong Joon??
ReplyDeletewe never said jyj have the most expensive cars in korea but we said JYJ doing very well then most IDOL in SK! Check ur hearing will you? and stop lying!!
ReplyDeletethe mafia CEO is CJes CEO, JYJ's company.
ReplyDeletewell their fans like JYJ to kick them, curse them, and slap them and they still say TAKE MY MONEY!
ReplyDelete6. [+34, -1] What's up with the people getting pissed off over stars buying what they want with money they earned? And they're able to buy things like that BECAUSE they were freed from their slave contracts. Those cars were all bought after they left 'that company'.
ReplyDeleteTHIS. Wasn't there another article about how JYJ invest their money? They make smart financial decisions, good for them. I should start investing my money so that I can even afford a car after I get my degree ;___;
Oh yeah they donate $200,000 USD for thailand flood, $500,000 fot Japan Earthquake, and 2000 mango trees for people in Africa.. Junsu built school for children in Cambodia...
ReplyDeleteIf u know nothing about someone u better shut ur mouth! stop judge people. look at urself what have u done for people around u??
Those CEOs can ban JYJ forever in the music industry if they want to so sit down.
ReplyDeleteJYJ has 5 or 6 bodyguards now who work only for them, they are even carying guns. Some of them are with them since their TVXQ times. Quite a lot of SME staff left the company together with them, all their managers, back-up dancers, bodyguards, cordi noona...
ReplyDeletethey don't need bodyguards; JYJ can protect themselves from sasaeng fans.
ReplyDeleteJYJ donated a lot.. you should read about it before you talk.
ReplyDeleteThey have donated to the Japanese earthquake (even JYJ´s donation was bigger than sme´s donation ), Thailand floods, etc...even Junsu built a school in Cambodia with his own money.
It'd be amazing if JYJ donate millions of dollars and not only thousands.
ReplyDeleteHDU not know who Yonsama is!!!
ReplyDeleteit's some haters that cant accept the fact that JYJ make money...
ReplyDeleteJYJ donated over $1.000.000 in 2011 alone. And this includes only donation made officially as a group JYJ. Their individual donations are mostly secret.
ReplyDeleteLol omg jyj fans.
ReplyDeleteEveryone knows jyj lease their cars short term
ReplyDeleteYoo Jae Suk's image would be cooler if he had all these cars (Audi R8,Bentley Continental,Lamborghini Murcielago,Ferrari,Mitsuoka Himiko) like Jaejoong.
ReplyDeleteThey probably have their own cars too. I mean, even if they're in SM, they're earning decent money for themselves. They're earning lots of money in Japan. Maybe they just don't publicize what they have. I mean, Siwon also has fancy cars too but nobody makes press releases about them.
ReplyDeleteHe doesn't make as much as you think.
ReplyDeleteand what have u done for helping people? "oh yeah i used my finger to criticized and hate other" is it?
ReplyDeletelook at mirror please?? shame on you really
Jyj cars are rented, tho? To keep up the image that they are doing so much better after leaving sm lmao. I always wonder where the hell did all the talk about white piano etc are was taken by sm came from? It's just being passed around here and there without any proof. Delusionals. How long are you goinf to stay in your pity party bubble?
ReplyDeleteCan you blame SM for getting all those back though? I mean, if my biggest moneymaker will sue me, I'd do the same thing too.
ReplyDeletei bet u don't know JYJ.... LMAO..
ReplyDeleteI understand 1 expensive car or 2 but more than 5? It's ridiculous.
ReplyDeletethe famous piano..chinese fandom is still pissed about like sme took that gift from JJ.
ReplyDeleteoh yeah its only 3 years after they got their freedom and now they slowly "earned" the fruits... they can doing very well without any broadcast activities for 3 years and good company to backup them was a miracle.. so yeah we proud with our boys!
ReplyDeleteIt's his choice to buy what he wants with his money. I mean, isn't that the best thing about having lots of money? Choosing what you want, whether or not it's the most expensive thing out there.
ReplyDeleteAs a car lover, I'd have to strongly disagree...
ReplyDeleteBut jaejoong doesn't have a cool image, he has a DUI image, why would you want yoo jaesuk to have jaejoong's image??!!
ReplyDeleteIt took me so long to get that he was one person. Everytime I saw him on shows with idols I would go "So what? Are you the brother who created the song thats promoting right now? What is the other one doing? Oh still you I see is the other brother just lazy or r you the pretty one who shows up on tv?" xD
ReplyDelete"Choosing to ride a foreign car is a personal decision but I hate the people that think they own the road just because they ride a foreign car."
ReplyDeleteThis isn't just in Korea ._. omg there are like tons of people that drive their new BMW's and Mercedes Benz and act like they own the road. It annoys the hell out of me =P And its even worse when they're horrible at driving =.=
I don´t blame them. It was owned by the company anyway, JYJ as individuals had almost nothing. I just try to explain that when they left SME, they did ´t own much (minus Yoochun´s house that was just rented anyway). They totally earned around $1 MIO during their 6 years as DBSK, but I guess most of it was actually spent by their families and not much was left of it.
ReplyDeleteWell it makes sense that they'd make more money now. Less people to split profits with, a lot more solo activities, and they write/compose a majority of all their songs so they actually get royalties for their music.
ReplyDeleteNot to mention that CJeS is just a management company so there is less overhead for everything.
Plus, the boys got smart and invest in businesses now as well. They did good for themselves.
They should do whatever they want with their hard earned cash. They donate plenty already.
ReplyDeleteLol look at how all of jyj members are on the list. they were complaining about how they didnt receive monies from sm but those 3 members wanted to keep all of them money to themselves. Jaejoong and others weren't very smart, flaunting their expensive apartments, furniture and cars everywere lol
ReplyDeletelmfaooo.
ReplyDeletei think he spends more of his money on investing, clothes and weird fetishes tbh..
You mean everything they were able to afford once they got out of SM and actually started making real money?
ReplyDeleteYeah yeah ok that's all I've ever heard about the piano, chinese fans gave him that, heard that before. Now what's the proof that it really exists? That it's now inside sm building? Other than just words being passed around about the supposed grand white piano?
ReplyDeleteeven brave brother's car is similar to yang hyun suk's car? he's such a sunflower to yang hyun suk eh?
ReplyDeleteDumb. Comment. Lol, everything was bought a while AFTER they left SM. Next.
ReplyDeleteI would do so much with that money rather than only purchasing one thing *___*
ReplyDeleteYet the sasaeng fans don't stop. With the money they have, JYJ could probably hire a PMC for bodyguard duty. And no one fucking messes with a PMC in the field.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't have GD a white somethingsomething too? I don't know about cars so.. xD
ReplyDeleteHe does always say that he has to be prepared for something bad to happen to him. He's saving money for his family(:
ReplyDeleteLOLing at Brave Brothers owning the same car as YG. He likes his hyung sooo much...
ReplyDeleteSME stock also drop 10% when DBSK split~~ the power of DBSK...
ReplyDeleteNO FEMALE IDOLS...
ReplyDeletebently??
ReplyDeletejae, just give me your audi r8 i'll be happy enough
ReplyDeleteI think it also has to do with how CJeS is kind of "hired" by JYJ to manage them rather than the other way around so JYJ has more power in determining expenses & calculating profits. And they split a lot less money with CJeS and gets to keep a lot more. They're like businessmen now haha.
ReplyDeleteBut YESS THE LAST PART :')
GD spends more money on his gold jewelry, dying his hair every other week, Rolexes, shoes, designer clothes, and buying the most random (but kinda cool) things
ReplyDeleteWhen Avex dropped JYJ back in 2010, they claimed that CJes's CEO has ties to the mafia. When the court ruled in favor of JYJ last month, it not only ruled that Avex must pay JYJ $7.3 millions in compensations, it also ruled that Avex must pay CJes's CEO $11,000 for defamation. So, who are you gonna believe? A bunch of no-life haters trolling on the internet spreading false rumors or the court?
ReplyDeletei want his ferrari.. if im not mistaken it's red...
ReplyDeleteAre you trying to say that they totally sued SM when they were already doing so well in SM so that they can get banned from the entertainment industry in Korea and Japan to the point where they have trouble finding a venue to hold a concert???
ReplyDeleteThey earned all of that money after they left SM because their popularity can still support them even if they don't get any media exposure on TV and what not... get your facts right.
Are you trying to say that they totally sued SM when they were already doing so well in SM so that they can get banned from the entertainment industry in Korea and Japan to the point where they have trouble finding a venue to hold a concert (but have no problem selling out one)????
ReplyDeleteThey earned all of that money after they left SM because their
popularity can still support them even if they don't get any media
exposure on TV and what not... get your facts right.
They purchased all their restaurants BEFORE they sued and Yoochun had that big house BEFORE they sued. So, where did they get the money for all that?
ReplyDeleteDUMB... they got that after they left SM.. yes they may make some money while with SM but not too much i think beside they working like crazy when they with SM...
ReplyDeleteAnd their fans thinks they are not greedy. Isn't wanting 5 luxurious cars the definition of greed? LOL
ReplyDeleteand the other in the list mostly are CEO and senior artist.. while JYJ merely an idol who just got their freedom and banned in their own country... they doing well, just accept it
ReplyDeletethe one that u called mafia was the one who gives JYJ shelter when they were homeless and he was the one who stand up for the boys all the these times... stop judge people from their past
ReplyDeleteoops posted before i was done on accident
ReplyDeleteCjes's CEO does have ties to the mob as well as a jail term under his belt. You can't change facts. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteall the court both in Japan and Korea decided JYJ to win the cases and free from the old companies without paid any compensation because what jyj said was true and being backed up with strong evidence... and all those luxury things was bought after they left that heartless company!
ReplyDeleteThey surely are big spenders
ReplyDeleteLol he doesn't hv license yet
ReplyDeleteoh dont bring homin in here will ya? u only will make jyj fans looks bad! everyone have their own reason to leave or stay.. homin and jyj have their own reason.. they have sweet memories together, i am jyj fans and i know db5k after the lawsuit, but when i saw db5k old video i feel like missing them.. lets live peacefully and friendly from now on
ReplyDeleteThis, tbh. Insecure ppl always feel the need to flaunt.
ReplyDeleteYunho and Changmin's fans are cassies, you dumbass.
ReplyDeletethe one who introduced hallyuwave to japan. he's still big in japan. i remember watching dream high promotion in japan. he got the biggest cheer compared to the actors/actresses
ReplyDeleteno u wrong.. there a lot of cassie who support both... JYJ+HoMin.... cassie not just stand for HoMin but also JYJ.. only TRUE cassie know this...only US(cassie) understand this...
ReplyDelete100% TRUE!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd again, there's a difference to how much they DESERVE to earn and what they actually get in the end.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of JYJ's luxury updates too but however they spend their money is their choice.
all TVXQ5 members had the latest audi model given to them back in 2008 as a gift, even though they each had a foreign luxurious car before. Officials also revealed during on of the court sessions documents proving that Yoochun took interest-free open loans from SM to buy his brother a brand new car, and open the luxurious ice cream parlour for his mother.
ReplyDeleteJunsu has also bought his parents their multi-million dollar house back in 2008 when he was still with SM. it was everywhere in the media with pictures of the actual house and floorplan too.
Yes SM is sooo horrible..such theives that JYJ were still millionairs even under that company...
psstt...pple need to stop blabbing about crap they have no idea...tsk
i'm glad my bias is not on the list
ReplyDeleteme, too. hopefully, they spend their money wisely.
ReplyDeleteNah...they get to purchase the big houses after the left sm..before that yoochun/jaejoong has to stay at junsu's house
ReplyDeletethey never won idiot! the court refused to make a decision becuz both sides had valid points and forced the two sides to come up with an agreement! the two side made a private settlement that was never revealed to the public. it has remained private so we nobody aside from JYJ and SM know what they both had to give up to reach that agreement..
ReplyDeleteonly a 12 year old would believe that SM is that foolish as to let go of JYJ without any sort of compensation
go read the official documents that SM presented to the court showcasing all the money JYJ took, oh and btw, the court ACCEPTED as real legal proof not only due to signatures but due to the fact that there were visual and audio recordings of the meetings where JYJ accepted/took the money..
every one in Korea is aware of the fact that CJeS belongs to JYJ, especially since it only appeared AFTER JYJ left SM..
ReplyDeleteso yeah it makes sense that they are making that much money since they are practically running their own business and not having to worry about spliting the royalties from their songwritings and producing with anyone
still doesn't explain all their businesses. all of them had several before they sued and everyone knows none of their parents were well off.
ReplyDeleteactually i was wondering what he does with his money. At least we definitively know Yunho has his own car, that and all the personal charity stuff he does, but wtf does Changmin do? Does anyone know?
ReplyDeleteThere's a bad way to phrase it. Whatever cars they are using will be better than the one you own (if) in your entire life anyway.
ReplyDeletei dont like maybach cars at all. just personal taste
ReplyDeleteConsidering how much he sucks Brave Brothers deserves to be riding the bus
ReplyDeleteIts called car collectors...or most prob he lease all the cars...so he could change them often...i myself love cars...especially fast cars like lambo...if im rich most prob buy 4-5 cars..
ReplyDeleteIs buying ur own cars using ur own hard earned money greedy?i dont freaking think so...
ReplyDeleteJfc you are even dumber than the other one.
ReplyDeleteCassiopeia is the fanclub of TVXQ, which is currently made up of Yunho and Changmin. Like whoever you want, the fanclub named Cassiopeia is for TVXQ, of which JYJ is not a part of anymore.
This is the kind of comment that makes me think most of int JYJ fans join after 2008. You are completely wrong btw.
ReplyDeleteCjes is established bcoz of jyj as a management company...they also have other actors and actress under their belt...And ur point is.........
ReplyDeleteI would too if im rich...
ReplyDeleteBesides spending big...they also donate big amount of money...i dont get how haters came out with the greedy conclusion
ReplyDeleteHello?ppl dont say jyj have the most expensive cars in korea...there r alot of billionaires like lee soo man...jyj have the most expensive cars among celebrities/idols
ReplyDeletesay whatever u want.. but i will support for each boys..Yunho, Changmin, Yoochun, Junsu and Jaejoong.... im had been there when their debut...im also watching when they taking over the whole asia.. im watching when JJ,YC and JS files the lawsuit... and im also watching their last performance as 5... and now im watching they taking their own way... as their true fans i can hate one of them.... idk which side are u, but im in both side.. if someone i need to blame it LEE SO MAN...
ReplyDeleteChilling away from everyone's attention. Seriously, for an idol of his stature and position in the industry, it's admirable how much he's kept his private life private.
ReplyDeletegreed
ReplyDelete/grēd/
An EXCESSIVE desire to acquire or possess MORE THAN WHAT ONE NEEDS, especially with respect to material wealth.
Doesn't matter where you get the money. Greed shows EXCESS. Why does anyone need 5 luxury cars?
Yup...not only that...fans also donated alot for them...jaejoong holds the records for highest amount of rice wreath...from fans all over the world...they then choose where they want to donate in korea...
ReplyDeleteIm not even arguing with you on that dumbass. I dont care who you pretend to like and "support". That wasnt my point.
ReplyDeleteThey would have donated 1mil-2mil usd for all u know...at least they contributed to the society...what have u contributed?a negative cmmnt?
ReplyDeleteI see some trying to re-write history below. Let's not get it twisted. JYJ won against SM. The settlement was about the case SM brought against JYJ asking for money and JYJ's counter-suit. JYJ decided to walk away from all the monies they were owed by SM. Also, JYJ never asked for money initially, they simply asked for their freedom, which the court agreed with, by the rulings provided below.
ReplyDeleteWhatever JYJ has now, it's because of their hard work and their smart investments. Do you know why JYJ is still being cock-blocked? Because, they send a "dangerous" message to other idols that the current entertainment system in Korea, is unfairly biased against the idols. Compare how much Kpop idols make to similar idols in the west, heck even to Jpop idols. The idol career is short lived and many of these kids are going to be set to pasture, without anything to show for it, when they are older. How many former idols are struggling now. Didn't one of the leaders of the first idol boom, just get sent to jail for fraud.
You can dislike JYJ, because you stan SM, or members of the current TVXQ. But, you cannot deny that the lawsuit by forcing SM to change its contract structure has benefited your biases and made things a bit better for them.
Apologies, for the long (TL:DR) response. But, there are way too many misconceptions floating around.
October 27, 2009
Seoul Central District Court approved JYJ’s application for injunction to terminate exclusive contract with SM Entertainment.
Ruling Excerpt:
“The above-stated exclusive contract, which mainly contains long terms and excessive amount of compensation for damages, infringe economic freedom and basic human rights unduly, the management company exercised unfair domination and imposed inordinate benefits in return and unfair responsibilities on its artists by abusing its prominent position.”
December 23, 2010
Fair Trade Commission ordered SME to correct its unfair contracts, with its artists and trainees.
February 17, 2011
Seoul Central District Court rejected SME’s objection against the approval of the above injunction.
Seoul Central District Court also rejected SME’s injunction to terminate the contract between C-JeS and JYJ.
February 24, 2011
Seoul Central District Court ordered SME to pay 20 million won of penalty per each interference of JYJ’s activities.
July 11, 2012
SM requests arbitration, delaying the expected July 19, 2012, court ruling/verdict announcement.
You can always Google: SM's history of losing to get more info about all the lawsuits SM has lost over the years and all the other artists that have sued them for unfair practices.
Nah...stop trolling...the only idol there is jyj
ReplyDeleteThank you. =)
ReplyDeletelol TRUE Cassies pay SM to belong to the fanclub. Why would JYJ fans pay SM money to follow JYJ? Hahaha
ReplyDeleteYou do know that these information is being released by journalists trying to indirectly point out how well JYJ is doing compared to other idols and not by JYJ themselves. I doubt JaeChunSu are jumping for joy that their info is being put out there.
ReplyDeleteCassieopeia is formed bcoz of the 5members...it doesnt matter if jyj is in sm or not...they left the company...not the fans...and many cassies still support jyj..
ReplyDeleteu really didn't understand what im trying to say..... u don't understand what fandom mean... seriously...
ReplyDeleteTHISS... im waiting for someone who understand me... T_T
ReplyDeleteWhen did JYJ release a press release about their properties. People, being curious that a group being banned is doing so well is not JYJ's fault.
ReplyDeleteSO WHAT UR POINT TELL ME??
ReplyDeleteYep, they work hard and play hard, as befitting their status as Global Stars.
ReplyDeleteJYJ:" They see me rollin', they hatin'..."
ReplyDeletehahahahah everyone is just jealous of them being smart and rich!
Yeah...give them 10 years and theyll be as rich as the ceo's and lee soo man himself with all their investments and all ..
ReplyDeleteLOL, you realize Jaejoong is part of JYJ right? We werent even talking about them. Stop projecting. Even by normal standard, Changmin is extremely private
ReplyDeleteDo you know how much JYJ and JYJ fans have donated to charity. They are one of the top most charitable celebrities in Korea, so don't speak on what you don't know.
ReplyDeleteNoob...winter sonata...rmb?
ReplyDeleteThey r jealous of jyj's cars..and jyj
ReplyDeleteAventador??omg...junsu yar....i want ur car!!
ReplyDeleteThank u for this...coz some stupid ppl just wont understand...and likes to manipulate the facts
ReplyDeletespoken like an idiot jyj stan who can only copy and paste from their manipulating ifansites that offers no proof of anything they write up.
ReplyDeletethe only site that wrote up how JYJ won the "first part" of the lawsuit sources nothing and claims to know information that can only be gotten from a closed court.
so, unless the blogger is one of the lawyers or is one of the members handing out information that the court deemed not open for public (which in my book should be deemed illegal) i would seriously question this "insider" info. oh and btw, that blogger also predicted that sm would counter sue jyj for "winning" lol
and you seriously need to 1) learn korean 2) get the correct defintion of what an injunction is 3) look into BoA's wealth and status
after 3 years, jyj stans are still dumber than bag of rocks. smh
They sold their souls to the devil(sm) when they decide to stay
ReplyDeletethey just a bunch of newbies who don't understand the history... tq for this..
ReplyDeleteJfc It doesnt ever fucking matter who you do or do not like. Cassiopeia is a fanclub for TVXQ, which JYJ is not a part of, thats why you now call them JYJ and not TVXQ.
ReplyDeleteOr normal haters?
ReplyDeleteu are the DUMBER ONE!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou confuse JYJ fans and sm town fans...
ReplyDeleteYou mean the same delusional morons who thinks like you? Ever try JYJ3?
ReplyDeletelol ...just shush if you don't have anything substantial to write. lol
ReplyDeleteNo idols except jyj...but they r considered as an artist soo..
ReplyDeletepity yunho and changmin.. they don't look happy at all... but i understand why he want to stay... for DBSK.. bcoz if they left as 5 they CAN'T use DBSK name anymore...correct me if im mistake but that's what i know...
ReplyDeletebut he's not in intel list... Lee Soo Man is.
ReplyDeleteI wish this mafia rumor were true though.. It will be easier for jyj to be able to re-enter tv again if this true. But well, the worlds is ruler by bigger dog..
People change...im thankful enuf for him to use all his assets and invest on jyj's debut the beginning...standing up for them through thick and thin...its not easy when u have ppl like u hating on them...yes...i support jyj and respect the ceo...
ReplyDeleteAnd for those talking about Charity, JYJ are known for being one of the top charitable celebrities in Korea.
ReplyDeleteCheck out - thejyjfiles dot wordpress dot com/charitable-contributions-by-jyj-and-fans/
That list doesn't even include the over 1 Million US Dollars, they donated in 2011 alone. Their contributions to Save the Children, World Vision, Thailand Flood, Japan Earthquake etc. Owning the record each and every year, in Rice Wreath and food donations, which is used to support the elderly and poor children. Building a school in Cambodia and helping the surrounding village.
Plus, the various causes in Korea and internationally that they support and draw attention to i.e. The Mango Tree Project to help Sudanese Children, the audio book project to help the blind and providing winter clothes for under-privileged children.
So yes, while it's easy to hate on JYJ, look around you and ask yourself what have you done with the talent and resources you have been given.
Well l like my final point to be that you are a massive idiot, but I digress.
ReplyDeleteCassiopeia is TVXQ's fanclub. JYJ is no longer part of part of TVXQ. They quit being TVXQ no matter what you dumbshit keep spewing on about. Therefore Cassiopeia is not JYJ's fanclub.
A person who is part of Cassiopeia can like and be a fan of JYJ, because no one give a damn about who you like.
shhh! not their fans.
ReplyDeleteoh here the freaking famous Homin stan !! what an honor to meet u! basically jyj WIN the case as THEY GOT WHAT THEY WANTED which were they wanted to be FREE FROM 13 YEARS CONTRACT with SME .. and yeah in the agreement jyj got what they wanted and have nothing to lose because they DIDN'T NEED TO PAY ANY COMPENSATION for breach 13 years contract or whatever while SM LOSE THEIR MONEY MAKER WITHOUT RECEIVE SINGLE COMPENSATION!!! In japan, court order avex to pay jyj and cjes huge amount of money for disturbing jyj activities and they said jyj had finished their contract with avex since 2011 so now they are free to do activities.. so yeah for smartass like you, it must be hard to understand!!!!!! and stop leaving in denial, i pity idiot like u!! hahahaa
ReplyDeleteCassieopeia is the fandom of tvxq...yes...the original tvqx...qhich consist of 5 members...jaejoong junsu yoochun changmin yunho...representing 5 brightest star...sm can claim the rights for the name...but a true cassies support all 5...try google cassieopeia's history will ya?u sounded like a noob...btw...if jyj want they could always use the name tvxq coz it belongs to all 5 of them..but they doesnt want..bcoz tvxq represents 5 ppl...i bet they would be very successful if they use it..is this what u called them greedy?haters....u dont make sense
ReplyDelete[+96, -87] Look at the cars of the three slave contracts..
ReplyDeleteHA.
How old are you? Resorting to name calling, because you can't handle facts or the truth. I don't participate in internet fights, so I suggest you look inwards and figure out why you are so angry about matters that do not concern you personally. Have a blessed day.
ReplyDeleteNotice how he changed his username and ran away, because he realized how wrong he was. I guess he couldn't handle the truth, lol.
ReplyDeletehahaaaa!!! what a butthurt stan are u! so here smartass: basically jyj WIN the case as THEY GOT WHAT THEY WANTED which was they
ReplyDeletewanted to be FREE FROM 13 YEARS CONTRACT with SME .. and yeah in the
agreement, jyj got what they wanted and have nothing to lose because
they DIDN'T NEED TO PAY ANY COMPENSATION for breach 13 years contract
or whatever while SM LOSE THEIR MONEY MAKER WITHOUT RECEIVE ANY SINGLE
COMPENSATION!!! while in 2011 court accept JYJ injunction and order SME to stop interfere jyj activities!!
hey calling it like i see it.
ReplyDeleteand did i address you or were you undercover when you wrote your piece of "facts or truth" as Guest?
you want to prove me wrong, why don't you explain to me why anyone should believe someone who claims to know something that the public can not, should not and could not know?
He needs all the cars..duhh..that is not greed..one for business purposes..one for cruising around..one for parties/big events...one for escaping saesang..one for his leisure...so?i think he deserves more..he shud by a helicopter and a jet for work purposes
ReplyDeleteyou will see a lot of that ignorance here too ...wait till all the people come up with there JYJ is greedy because of this and that ...
ReplyDeleteyou can count on that , and you're going to be called an idiot if you don't agree.
Ohhh..so u know all abt jyj?tell me then...i dont really keep track of all of their assets
ReplyDeleteJust on MBC he earns ~nearly 1 millions $ per year and on SBS and KBS he earns ~9.000$ per episode so per year with these 3 programs he earns nearly 2 millions $!
ReplyDeleteHe just saves a lot, give a lot to his juniors and donates to charities.
