CNBLUE issues official apology to Crying Nut

1. [+139, -18] Crying Nut isn't obviously going through with this lawsuit just because they're bored... The problem isn't the fact that Crying Nut has been ignoring the issue for three years but the fact that CNBLUE is only just apologizing now. Their 'Loner' plagiarism issue basically meant that they don't see underground musicians as anything more than idiots to step over which is why the oldest hyung Crying Nut felt the need to go stronger on them with this case. Should've been nicer from the start, CNBLUE.

2. [+131, -28] It's funny how they were acting like the victims all along and now that Crying Nut is coming out strong, they put their tails down immediately and apologize. If they were going to apologize, should've just done it from the beginning.

3. [+118, -24] There are probably a lot of indie bands that are pissed with CNBLUE. They get to cosplay the band image with hand syncing on TV, what band would think positively of them? I know this is Mnet's fault 99% but I'm pretty sure Crying Nut just decided to take the bullet for the indie bands and go hard on CNBLUE to teach them a lesson.. I for one am glad they did.

4. [+94, -10] Why is Crying Nut getting all this hate? Whether or not CNBLUE had any intentions or not, they violated copyright laws. The agency is clearly at fault for not being able to block the release of the DVD... Why does this mean Crying Nut is the greedy one?

5. [+77, -12] Crying Nut is like the ancestor of the indie scene. This was an issue where CNBLUE had to apologize whether or not they're Hallyu stars and Crying Nut are indie musicians. Musicians really hate seeing their music being used for commercial purposes. And I seriously think all of the haters of Crying Nut are just CNBLUE antis in disguise trying to make CNBLUE look bad.
