A visual director draws out the outfit concepts which is then passed over to stylists to add details on fabric and other accessories before finally being created either by the stylist themselves or a professional responsible for producing outfits for singers.

After use, outfits are stored in the company's closet. Idols do not reuse the outfits. If the outfits are needed for concerts or other fan events after promotions end, they are produced all over again for wear. SM Ent said, "We rarely discard the outfits and either keep them to open an exhibit or put them up for charity auctions."

1. [+1,171, -11] Crayon Pop's stylists must have it easy

2. [+1,160, -43] I always thought it was a waste of money to see groups with lots of members like SNSD or EXO have to produce all those outfits for just three minutes of wear on stage and to never wear them again. Or with GD crushing a guitar for each stage.

3. [+573, -22] Yeah, this really is a B class question ㅋ

4. [+530, -8] They can't even wear their stage outfits for every day wear either.. ㅎ Especially since girl group outfits are short and show a lot of skin.

5. [+114, -3] What a waste, can't believe they never reuse all of those stage outfits

6. [+104, -2] It's such a waste to wear those stage outfits once and never again;;

7. [+102, -8] It'd be a nice idea to sell them to fans and donate the money to charity

8. [+95, -8] A Pink always seems to reuse their outfits at events and even after promotions are over

9. [+77, -4] 2NE1 could wear their every day outfits on stage. They probably also get infinite sponsorship from Adidas and Jeremy Scott ㅋㅋ..

10. [+18, -0] I'm actually curious about the stage setups. They have a different setup for every idol stage based on their song style... I don't think the agency prepares all of the stage props. Do they throw them all away too after one use?
